Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement is between
Methownet, LLC ("Our company")
and
Customer ("You").

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT AND USING OUR COMPANY'S SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, OUR COMPANY'S SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, OUR COMPANY'S TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT, AND OUR COMPANY'S ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY.

1. Provision of Services

Our company agrees to provide services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement in exchange for your payment and compliance with this agreement.

2. Agreement Term

The initial term starts from your first payment and execution of the agreement and lasts until the end of the calendar month. After that, it renews monthly.

3. Automatic Renewal

This agreement renews automatically unless terminated by either party.

4. Termination Without Cause

You may terminate by emailing us before renewal. No refunds for the current billing cycle.

5. Termination for Cause

Failure to maintain current contact information or violating our Acceptable Use Policy may result in termination.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to be billed monthly via credit card for all charges.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes related to your purchases.

8. Materials and Products

You must provide materials in a usable form. We may reject content not meeting requirements.

9. Liability & No Warranty

We do not guarantee uninterrupted services and disclaim liability for service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain no rights to our intellectual property.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify our company against liabilities related to services provided.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Washington state law, with jurisdiction in Okanogan County.

By accepting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Master Service Agreement.
