Casey Smith and Raleigh Goessling, Olympic hopeful biathletes, will conduct a three-day training camp Oct. 25-27 at the Methow Valley Biathlon Range in Mazama. The camp is open to participants ages 20 and up who have previous biathlon experience.
The focus will be on dry firing, live fire, training plans, visualization, dry land training and the individualized needs of master biathletes. The cost is $215. Required equipment includes a biathlon rifle, 750 rounds of ammunition, ski walking poles (downhill length ski poles) and athletic footwear.
