Partially furnished room for rent in my home Available December 1st. $600 includes water/sewer/garbage and electric up to $100/month. Over $100/ month renter pays.
I will be gone for the winter so most of the time you would have the home to yourself. I am looking for someone to rent at least through March 31st, and it could be longer if the renter would like to stay. 
I had someone lined up for the room, but they got offered a job housesitting and had to go with that instead.
