Fed Ex Omak Phone# ?

Does anyone have a phone number for the Fed Ex facility in Omak? I have a package stuck over there that was supposed to be delivered Friday.

FedEx can be catastrophically unreliable here. So for anything important I recommend that you have them hold the package for pickup at the Safeway in Omak.

You can do that by tracking the package and choosing pickup options.

Pro tip: oftentimes the packages aren't at the customer service counter at Safeway, but for some reason they are at the Starbuck's about two dozen steps away.

Thanks for the tip David. My suppliers use UPS or Fed Ex and I've had good luck with both until recently when Fed Ex just went completely off the rails. According to tracking my package was to have been delivered on Friday but for some reason they can't seem to get it from Omak to here. At least with UPS if have a problem I can call Omak and talk with someone.

I’ve had packages stacking up since last Friday. Heard the same from another person. Thinking that Fedex is not even coming to the valley. Tracking says “no attempt made”. I too would like to find out what’s up.

It appears that contracted drivers for Fedex have not been paid by the third party delivery contractor, so as of last Friday, there will be no Fedex deliveries in the Methow valley until the payment issue is resolved.
