ISO chimney sweep/wood stove help

Looking for someone knowledgeable to help us trouble shoot an old wood stove/chimney situation.

We recently acquired an old house with a masonry chimney/clay flu that was neglected/never cleaned. It is currently almost totally clogged with creosote. Need help determining if the old chimney and flu are a lost cause. Will happily pay someone to help us determine the best course of action as far as getting a safe working wood stove.

Tried contacting local chimney sweeps but no luck so far.
