Installation Information

Once onboarding is complete, we will contact you to schedule your fiber installation.

What to Expect

• Installation may require multiple visits.
• The Network Interface Device (NID) will be installed near your electric meter.
• Ethernet cables will be wired inside your home to connect the router.

Installation Time

Most installations take between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your property's layout.

After Installation

Once installed, your fiber-optic internet connection will be active. Our support team can assist in setting up Wi-Fi or troubleshooting issues at an hourly rate.
