Sewing & Darning Repair Cafe

Description: Located at West Shed. Our talented team of volunteer fixers will try to repair your items and even show you how to keep you things in working order. In light of COVID, we are experimenting with themed cafes which allow for both fixers and attendees to be spread out over several events. Fixers will only be fixing items that fit the theme for that event (ie: toaster fixing will happen on mechanical/electrical day, not sewing day). There is a limit of 2 items per household, and masks are required. If you would like to make a reservation for a specific time slot, please email miles@methowrecycles.org and include your name, phone, items, and preferred time. Drop-ins are welcome, but those with reservations will be prioritized over drop-ins. Reservations will only be honored for the time slot you reserved. April 24: Mechanical + Electrical, May 8: Sharpening + Wood Repairs
