Fiber Internet Troubleshooting

Internet Not Working

Check if the NID (Network Interface Device) and router have power. If not, plug them in and restart both devices by unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging them back in.

Slow Internet Speeds

Ensure your router is positioned centrally in your home. For wired connections, inspect your ethernet cables for damage. Use a network scanning app to see what devices are connected to your network.

No Internet in Certain Areas of My Home

Consider wired ethernet connections to expand your fiber internet signal to other areas of your home or property. Call us for a quote. You might also consider using a mesh Wi-Fi system to extend coverage in larger homes.

Can't Connect to the Internet After a Power Outage

After a power outage, check the power to your NID and router. Reboot both devices by unplugging for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in to restore the connection.

Device Not Connecting to Wi-Fi

Check that you are using the correct Wi-Fi password. You can also try forgetting the network on your device and reconnecting.

Phone Issues (VoIP Service)

Verify that your phone is connected to the router. If the phone is not working as expected, reboot the phone by unplugging it from the power supply/outlet.
