Before installation, we will conduct a site survey to determine the best placement for your antenna and verify that your property is within our coverage area. This ensures optimal signal strength and performance.

Equipment

Our technicians will install an antenna/receiver on the exterior of your home or business. This receiver communicates with a nearby wireless access point to deliver your internet service. The technicians will run ethernet cable into your house and install the primary router. Equipment costs vary depending on your location and line of sight to the access point.

Installation Time

The installation typically takes between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the layout of your property and any specific requirements. Our technicians will ensure connectivity to the internet before leaving.

After Installation

Once installed, your wireless internet connection will be active and ready to use. Beyond the initial connection verification, our support team can provide assistance to set up your Wi-Fi network, help connect devices, or troubleshoot your existing network. This service is billed at an hourly rate.
